SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are handmade and will be processed within 24-48 hours and shipped via Tracked Post.  See shipping times and details for all destinations below. All Australian orders include free shipping. 

Please take care when filling in your details, as we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been shipped. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

 

SHIPPING

All orders are sent with Australia Post. This service typically delivers in 3-6 business days for main cities in WA, NSW, VIC, TAS, NT QLD and ACT, however it times may vary in rural areas. Once orders are shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 

Lost Packages: If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our pieces, all sales are FINAL SALES. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewellery to discuss possible options to info@jennajaneco.com.

**Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: broken chain; chipped, cracked or broken pearl, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidised or on which the plating is fading.

RETURN CONDITIONS

If you are shipping a faulty item, a refund will be given upon inspection of the item and outgoing postage will be refunded. If you are returning an item for refund or repair, the item MUST be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post. Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently crushed in postage cannot be replaced. Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.
